Vusi Mashabane, a Development Specialist with a cum laude MDev in Development Economics, holds a B.Admin from the University of Limpopo. With over 22 years in the public sector, notably in Communications, Vusi is a natural leader, excelling in strategic planning. His community and university service demonstrate his commitment and diverse expertise.
Molatelo Mashabane, a seasoned lawyer and former Legal Advisor in the Department of Finance, Mpumalanga Government, passionately mentors young female entrepreneurs, guiding them into the job market and business pursuits. Serving for over 5 years as Director of LEAD – School for Legal Practice, she has helped many aspiring law students get into the legal fraternity,
Zanele Nkosi, our accomplished Chief of Operations, boasts 8 years of expertise in operational and administrative roles. Renowned for her proficiency in dairy management and meticulous event coordination, Zanele ensures seamless executive support. With an additional 2.5 years as a receptionist, she brings a refined touch to our administrative excellence, actively participating in all strategic meetings.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Molebogeng (Lebo) Maja, holds an Honours Degree in Media Studies, and has been a vital part of Mohlaloga since 2017. Engaging with communities, she spearheaded impactful initiatives, including robotics and skills development. Experienced in Business Management, Events Coordination, and Marketing, she’s a proactive Marketing Officer known for bringing motivation in challenging environments.

Projects Manager
Themba Mashaba, a valuable member of Mohlaloga enhances company efficiencies. He holds a diploma in Financial Management and brings extensive operational knowledge. Themba’s diverse experience includes roles as a Branch Manager, Financial Clerk & Sales Rep, and Administrator, showcasing his ability to motivate, manage teams, and collaborate on various strategic plans.

Holding a Masters Degree in Development Studies, Portia embodies expertise and dedication, ensuring our projects align with impactful developmental goals.

Lungile Nkosi, our diligent Projects Coordinator, serves as the Community Liaison Officer, contributing three years of dedicated service to Mohlaloga. In charge of local verification, she possesses extensive knowledge of socio-economic development initiatives, particularly focused on the Nkangala District. Lungile’s commitment ensures our projects positively impact local communities.
